This is where Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour was born
The statesman (1810-1861) was born, lived and died in this house located in the corner of Via Lagrange and Via Cavour. This 18th century private mansion, which is a remarkable testimony of the Piedmont Baroque, was recently refurbished. The first floor was changed, with the help of the Piedmont region, so as to house exhibitions.
